RETURN POLICY:

All regular priced items may be returned within 7 days of purchase to the original form of payment. After 7 days, all item(s) are considered FINAL SALE. 

If the original form of payment is unavailable, you will be issued STORE CREDIT.

All items must have ALL tags attached, unworn, and odorless (free of perfumes).
All sale items, accessories, and bodysuits/swimsuits are FINAL SALE.
No Cash Refunds Over $100, Cash Sales Over $100 will be returned as STORE CREDIT. 
No Price Adjustments for Promo Days.
We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy or if there is history of "wardrobing" items. 
Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.

PREORDER ITEMS: 

All PREORDER items may be returned within 7 days the PREORDER item is available in store (for in store pickups). For Shipped PREORDERS: returns are eligible for a refund to original form of payment if items are returned within 7 days. (See shipped purchases).


ONLINE/SHIPPED PURCHASES:

Online Purchases & Shipped Items are eligible for return if item(s) are shipped back to 18720 Stone Oak Parkway Suite 113 San Antonio, TX 78258 within the 7 day return period. (7 day return period begins from date your item is delivered to address, please keep tracking number for your records). 

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will refund your item to original form of payment.
Customer will be responsible for paying the return shipment costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable if item is shipped as a return and does not meet return policy. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All "In Store Pickups" must be picked up within 7 days of date of purchase to be eligible for a refund, after 7 days from date of purchase items are considered a FINAL SALE.

.COM Exchanges/Returns in Store:

We gladly accept .COM returns in store. If returning or exchanging .COM orders in store, all orders must return to original form of payment. All in store purchases or exchanges will be made as an "in store" transaction. 

STORE CREDIT:

Store credit does not expire.
Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Free Shipping in the United States for Orders $75 or More.
From the date of your purchase, please allow for 1-2 business days to ship out.
