REQUEST RETURN LABEL

ALL REGULAR PRICED items are eligible for return if item(s):

Returned within the 7 days of delivery date.

("Delivery date" is when your item was delivered to address according to USPS tracking, please keep tracking number for your records).

Postmark of return package must be within 7 days of delivery date or within 2-3 days of approval when submitting a request for return (start your return request here). We will not accept package postmarked outside the 7 day return window of which you’ve received your item. 

All items must have ALL tags attached, unworn, and odorless (free of perfumes).

All SALE items, accessories, bodysuits/swimsuits, and gift cards are FINAL SALE.


No Price Adjustments for Promo Days.


We have the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy or if there is history of "wardrobing" items. 

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable. If you receive a pre-paid label, $5 will be deducted from your return.

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will refund your item to original form of payment. 

If customer ships an item as a return- that does not meet return policy, the customer will be charged $5 shipping fee to get items shipped back to them. We will not refund any items that do not meet our return policy. 

PREORDERS: all pre-ordered items are eligible for a refund to original form of payment if items are returned within 7 days- from the date your item was delivered (according to USPS tracking).
