Refund Policy
Women's REGULAR PRICED items are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY if item(s) are returned within 7 days of the delivery date. ("Delivery date" is defined as the date the item was delivered to your address according to USPS or UPS tracking; please keep the tracking number for your records).
The postmark of the return package must be within 7 days of the delivery date or within 2-3 days of approval when submitting a return request. Please log into your account to request a return within 7 days of item delivery to request a return label. Refer to our policy before requesting a return to ensure your order qualifies; we will not accept packages postmarked outside the 7-day return window from the receipt of your item and will not accept any returns sent to our address without prior approval from a team member. Our system will void all pre-paid return labels for approved returns that are not postmarked back to us within 5 days of approval. Please allow 5-7 business days from delivery to our warehouse for store credit to be issued; all refunds will have a $6 deduction for the shipping label return.
All items must have ALL tags attached, be unworn, and odorless (free of perfumes).
All SALE items, baby items, accessories, home goods, bodysuits/swimsuits, and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
No price adjustments for promotional days.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after being placed (including all Pre-Orders). We will not make adjustments to orders, change addresses, add discount codes, or cancel items once orders have been submitted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order information is correct before submitting the order, including providing correct contact information.
All communication regarding your order is sent electronically, and providing accurate information ensures that your order can be processed correctly.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy or if there is a history of "wardrobing" items. We do not make accommodations outside of our return policy. As a policy, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are disrespectful or abusive towards our staff, customer support, or other customers.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Pre-paid shipping labels will be sent to you for approved return requests only, and a $6 shipping label fee will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.
It is the customer's responsibility to obtain a shipping receipt for all returns, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items without proof of drop-off for pre-paid labels.
Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will refund your item and email you an issued Southern Bunny Gift Card for STORE CREDIT ONLY (gift cards do not expire). Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of delivery to our returns department to receive your store credit notification.
If a customer ships an item as a return that does not meet our return policy, the customer will be charged an $8 shipping fee to have the items shipped back to them. We will not refund any items that do not meet our return policy. If the customer does not pay the $8 shipping fee within 14 days of the invoice, the items will be donated or discarded.
We are not responsible for items shipped back to us that do not go through our returns portal for approval. We will not accept items shipped back that are mailed to our address without permission or without proper return postage provided by our returns team.
STORE CREDIT
Once issued, store credit will never expire. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your return was delivered (returned/delivered to our returns department) to be issued store credit. This allows us time to inspect and process returns and restock inventory. We appreciate your patience.
PRE-ORDERS
All orders placed cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Pre-Orders are a great opportunity to order items in advance and ensure our future styles will be delivered to you before they are listed publicly or sold out. This allows our manufacturers the opportunity to send us multiple quantities based on demand. With that noted, we are unable to make cancellations or changes to your pre-order once placed, as your item is made and ordered custom for you. The "expected pre-order date" listed under item description is the anticipated date the item will be shipped to us. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the expected pre-order date for the item to arrive in our warehouse and be shipped to you; we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for pre-orders. If the manufacturer has not shipped the pre-ordered items to us by the second week past the listed "expected pre-order date," you may contact us at that time to request a refund for that specific pre-order item only. Please note: all pre-ordered items will follow our regular return policy once shipped to you (7-day STORE CREDIT ONLY eligibility from the date of delivery of your shipment, as listed in our regular return policy). You may receive a notification from our store before the expected pre-order date notifying you that the item has "shipped"; this indicates that the system has received your order, and tracking information will not be added until the item actually ships. If this occurs, please refer again to the item description to confirm the expected ship-out date. Please contact our customer support team only if your item has not shipped by the expected ship-out date noted under the item description.
